Fun Out-Loud Reading Event at Parvulario!

On June 4th, our Parvulario was filled with laughter and excitement as students from Medio Mayor to Kinder gathered in their cosy classrooms for a special out-loud reading event. Organised by the English Immersion program and led by Antonia Gonzales from 2nd High School level, Mr. Marcos Riveros, Ms. Catalina Maturana, and with the enthusiastic participation of our headmaster, Victor Viveros Vidal, it was a delightful occasion where people came together to read short stories for kids, creating a magical atmosphere filled with imagination and wonder.
Together, they brought to life enchanting tales from beloved children’s books, including «Za-Za’s Baby Brother» by Lucy Cousins, «A Little Princess Story: I Didn’t Do It!» by Tony Ross, and «A Little Princess Story: I Don’t Want to Wash My Hands» also by Tony Ross.
The event was a huge hit, with enthusiastic listeners eagerly soaking in the magic of storytelling. It was a fantastic opportunity to introduce young minds to the joys of literature and spark their imaginations.
Conducted entirely in English, the event not only provided language exposure but also showcased the fun and creativity that comes with exploring stories in a different language.
We invite you to browse through the pictures from the event in our photo gallery to see the smiles, laughter, and joy shared by all. It’s moments like these that make learning truly memorable!
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this event a success. Stay tuned for more fun-filled activities and adventures at our school!
