Play as a Tool for Learning

On Friday, May 23rd, during the Counselling class of 3rd grade A, students enthusiastically took part in a bingo game using English as the main language.
This bingo had two main goals. One was to reinforce the use of the English language through play-based learning, as part of the activities proposed by our school’s English Immersion coordinator. The other objective was to help students develop emotional regulation skills, understanding that games come with the possibility of both winning and losing. This approach aims to strengthen values such as tolerance, empathy, and the ability to manage frustration.
The students thoroughly enjoyed each moment and demonstrated their ability to tolerate, respect, and have fun with their peers while playing.
