Teachers at Colegio Concepción Receive Training on Digital Tools and Oxford Educational Materials

With the aim of strengthening teachers’ digital skills and enhancing the educational experience of students, The English Department at Colegio Concepción organized a training session on April 29th focused on the use of technological tools applied to Oxford University Press textbooks.

The session was led remotely by specialist David Solsona, who provided comprehensive guidance on how to effectively use the digital resources that complement the textbooks. The event took place in one of the school’s computing labs and saw active participation from the teaching staff, who attentively followed the instructions and engaged in hands-on activities with the provided materials.

The training covered strategies to make classes more dynamic, encourage student autonomy in learning, and make the most of interactive platforms. It also promoted the responsible and educational use of technology in the classroom.

This professional development initiative reflects the school’s commitment to educational innovation and continuous improvement of its teaching staff, aligned with the demands of 21st-century education.

We extend our gratitude to David Solsona for his valuable contribution and to all the teachers who participated enthusiastically in this meaningful training session.
