A Heartwarming Storytelling Session to Close Family Month: The Seven Chinese Brothers at the Parvulario

As part of our ongoing monthly storytelling sessions, our youngest students—ranging from Medio Mayor to Kinder—gathered for a very special session at the Parvulario (Early Childhood Education building). This month, in celebration of Family Month, the theme of our storytelling was family, and the tale of The Seven Chinese Brothers was chosen to highlight the importance of family bonds and support.
The storytelling was held in two sessions: Kinder A, B, and C on Wednesday, April 28th, and Medio Mayor and Pre-Kinder A, B on Wednesday, June 4th. Each group enjoyed the magical adventure of the seven brothers, who showed immense courage and love for each other.
With the support of Mia Kreca, our dear friend from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Mr. Marcos Riveros, the children were captivated by the story, which came to life through the narrators’ voices and expressive storytelling. The children’s enthusiasm was contagious, and they actively participated throughout the session, making the event even more memorable.
This storytelling session was a perfect way to conclude our Family Month celebrations. It was a joyful and educational experience for our students, bringing families together and fostering a deeper appreciation for the values of love, support, and unity.
A special thank you to Mia Kreca for helping bring the story to life, and to all our students for their amazing energy and participation!
