Last week, on August 7th, our 6th «A» and «B» classes had a fantastic time welcoming Mia Kreca from Bosnia and Herzegovina, who visited us once again. Thanks to our English Immersion program, and with a big thank you to Ms. Camila Moisan and Mr. Marcos Riveros for organising, our students enjoyed a fun and interactive cultural discussion.
Exploring Bosnian Culture
Mia Kreca brought Bosnia to life for our students with her vibrant presentation. From the Bosnian language and traditional cities to mouth-watering cuisine and lively music, Mia shared a slice of her homeland with us. The students had a blast learning Bosnian phrases and discovering new cultural aspects.
The highlight of the visit was the students’ enthusiastic participation. They asked great questions about Mia’s life and Bosnia, making the session engaging and interactive. It was a wonderful opportunity for our students to practise English while learning about a different culture.
Mia’s visit was a memorable experience for everyone involved. It was a great example of how learning about other cultures can be both educational and fun. We’re so proud of our students for their curiosity and active involvement!
