The Third Southern Public Speaking Competition in English took place at the «Windsor School», Valdivia. 19 October, 2012.
Two students from our school participated on this competition: Camila Rivera (4th C) and Maximiliano Wagemann (3rd A). The teacher in charge of this project at school was Miss. Patricia Celedón, who went with them to Valdivia.
Students spoke to the general topic which was «TO BE OR NOT TO BE». Both students had a wonderful performance and Camila Rivera obtained the 3rd place in the competition among 18 schools, most of them were bilingual, being the only one school that obtained a prize from Concepción.
