On November , 8 students from the second grade of high school and on November , 12 students from the eighth grade sit at a standardized test to assess their level of English according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages. Thus, Books and Bits and the English department coordinated the activity in which students had to answer a listening and reading comprehension test as well a writing section.
The purpose of carrying out this kind of assessment is to provide the school with accurate information about the language proficiency our students are developing along their school years and to identify the language needs and communicative language competence they have.
